Goofunded Refund Policy

At Goofunded, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent experience for all users. However, due to the nature of our funding service and the risks involved in betting, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect both our business and our community.
🔹 1. No Refund After Fund Activation
Once your funded account has been activated or used to place any bets, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
🔹 2. Partial Refund Eligibility (Unused Accounts Only)
If your funded account has not been used (i.e., no bets placed), you may request a partial refund within 24 hours of purchase. A processing and administrative fee of 30% will be deducted from the refund amount.
Example: If you paid $100 and didn’t place any bets, you can receive $70 back.
🔹 3. Refund Process
To request a refund (if eligible), contact our support team at [support@goofunded.com] with:
• Your username or email used to register
• Transaction ID
• Reason for refund
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
🔹 4. Abuse and Fraud Policy
Any attempt to abuse the refund system — including chargebacks after using the funded account — will result in permanent account suspension and possible legal action.
🔹 5. No Refund for Violations
Accounts that are terminated for breaking our Terms of Use, such as cheating, bonus abuse, or multiple account creation, are not eligible for refunds.
